Nourish Wellness December 10 at 5:32 PM · My husband and son love to fish, so we usually always have fish in the freezer. It’s normally a two meal package. The first night we have baked fish and on the second night we have tacos. They are so easy to make! Seasoning for the fish, mix: 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Depending on the amount of fish, you probably won’t use all of the seasoning. Heat a tablespoon of olive or avocado oil in a pan over medium heat and flake fish. Season accordingly and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Cilantro Lime Slaw: I mix about 2 cups of kale/cabbage slaw with 2 TBSP of Brianna’s Cilantro Lime Dressing and juice from 1/2 lime. Gather your fixing: tomatoes, avocado, cheese, salsa, peppers. I use corn tortillas heated in a pan with a little avocado cooking spray.
