Service Description

Yoga and mindfulness are powerful tools, especially when learning how to cope with stress and anxiety. The lessons provided will help your child slow down, pay attention to their thoughts and feelings, cope with stress, and make better decisions, Yoga, breath work, and other playful activities and games will be incorporated into each session. The environment created will be supportive, fun, and non-competitive. Yoga has been shown to have a positive impact on a child's well-being by: Helping them manage their anxiety Improving their emotional regulation Boosting their self-esteem Increasing body awareness and mindfulness Enhancing memory and concentration Developing strength and flexibility 4 SATURDAYS MARCH 5th- 26th 10:45-11:30 am OR 4 MONDAYS MARCH 7th-28th 3:30-4:15 pm
