Want to spend less time in the grocery store and fast food restaurants? Join us for a 4 session class that makes meal planning simple and will set you up for success! This Master Class includes: Simple guidelines to help you choose healthy food and meals Understanding why meal planning is key to healthy eating Realizing how simply eating mindfully affects your health Learning what the ideal plate/portion size looks like Creating a meal planning and prep system that works for you Choosing recipes, along with lunch and breakfast ideas that are simple and nutritious We will provide: Weekly menu options and grocery lists The benefit of sharing with a group (support & creative ideas) Ideas to cut down on your shopping time and meal prep (no more multiple trips to the grocery store) Ways to get you in and out of the kitchen.
