Maybe you have been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, maybe you just suspect you do, maybe you just don't know where to start, maybe you're trying to figure out how to cook for the whole family when only one person is gluten-free, or maybe you think it's just too hard or too expensive, then join us for this workshop and we will answer all your questions and give you tips and tools to make your gluten-free easy and healthy. We would love for this group to provide support in addition to information. If you are a seasoned gluten-freer please consider joining us to share some of your information.
