This class is for individuals that are looking to gain full body strength in a small group setting. Great for seniors and those looking for low impact. We use "gentle" functional training equipment and follow proper strength progressions. The benefit of this small group, intimate class of 2-12 individuals allows the instructor to focus on individual needs and showcase alternative movements if necessary.
