Hello

I am Dr. Justin Droessler, PT, DPT, CSCS and I specialize in helping active and health-conscious individuals stay strong and mobile without pain medication, injections, or surgery. Many of my patients have tried different treatments in the past without long-term success. Many patients also have no pain, and are looking to improve their mobility to prevent injuries in the future.

Why is this important?

 

Treating only your pain is difficult to solve long-term. For example, walking requires flexibility in every joint of your lower body (feet, ankle, knees, hips, low back, pelvis). Reaching your arms overhead requires flexibility and strength at every joint in your upper body (neck, upper spine, shoulder blade, shoulder joint, elbow, wrist, and hand). Every activity relies on multiple joints, nerves, and muscles simultaneously. When there's pain, I must identify the joints, nerves, and muscles contributing to the problem, rather only treat each symptom. The long term solution is to fix the movements that are causing the pain-and the pain improves.
