New 6-Week Session Format

We’re so excited to share a fresh way to experience your favorite classes — starting this fall, we’re moving to a 6-week session format!

Think of it as giving yourself a season of self-care. Over six weeks, you’ll have the chance to build momentum, see progress, and really feel the benefits of your practice — whether you choose yoga, Qigong, or one of our specialty classes.
