Back by popular demand is our 2nd open house. A chance for you to explore all that we have to offer. A new year brings a new you! Stay for a session or all afternoon.  Enjoy group sessions in addition to individual mini-sessions. Our open house begins at 12 pm on Friday, January 9th. Skilled practitioner, Christie, will guide you in tapping, a gentle yet powerful technique designed to alleviate stress, anxiety, and fears while calming the nervous system. Join us for a sample session and discover this accessible therapy that empowers you on your journey to holistic wellness.

Certified Massage Therapist Katee from Replenish Massage and Bodywork will explain why and how cupping can complement your massage. She will also share the don'ts for those who are diy'ers.

3-3:25

Dull, tired skin? Let's fix that! In this workshop, you'll learn the four biggest reasons skin loses its glow - and what you can do to restore it. Cathy Jo will guid you through a personalized assessment, and all attendees will receive skincare samples and a special offer from Aesthetics by Cathy Jo!

POUND Unplugged is a 25-minute class that balances focused, high intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick, efficient and challenging, the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical and emotional.

A Sound Bath + Reiki Experience

Guided by Cathy Jo and Jennie, this session blends sound and Reiki to support relaxation, emotional release, and a renewed sense of balance. A beautiful opportunity to let go of old patterns and reconnect with what matters most.

Kim from YoGarage will be guiding the restorative Nidra yoga practice. Restorative yoga is a type of yoga known for its relaxing, calming, and healing effect. Yoga Nidra takes you to the next level. This guided practice takes you into a state of conscious rest, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote overall balance and well-being. 

Individual Mini-Sessions

Experience a variety of short, targeted wellness sessions designed to give you a taste of the benefits of different practices. Each 10–15 minute session is a quick, restorative opportunity to explore techniques for relaxation, stress relief, pain reduction, energy balance, or skin and body wellness.
