Service Description

A gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for support, through seated, standing & prone poses. Shoulders, Hips & Spine will all be addressed in this slow paced mindful practice. This is an All ages, All levels class. Gain strength and flexibility with the support of your breath, a chair & other props.
