Healthier Spinach Artichoke Dip

Sometimes our favorite recipes just need a revamp. Pair this healthier spinach artichoke dip with a multigrain tortilla chip.


2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

1/2 cup organic cottage cheese

3/4 cup organic greek yogurt

2 cups shredded organic mozzarella

2 cups fresh organic spinach

18 oz halved artichoke hearts

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 tsp pepper

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 375 and spray a 9x9 pan or casserole dish. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except artichokes and 1/2 cup of cheese. Gently fold in artichoke hearts and transfer to pan and top with remaining cheese. Cook for about 50 minutes, let sit for 5 and serve. 😊
