Our Dick’s Family Food Meal is Wild Sockeye Salmon with sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. This salmon is frozen, but is the perfect salmon to buy, wild caught from the US. It is only 9.99 for 4 servings. This meal is rich in omega-3’s, something we don’t get enough of, and nutrients like potassium, vitamin a,b,c, manganese,iron, fiber, and protein. It takes less than 20 minutes if you have an air fryer.
Salmon: brush with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Air fry 390 degrees for 6-7 minutes(1 1/2 inch filet) or bake for 8-12 at 400 in oven.
Fries- for a family of 4, cut 2 large sweet potatoes into fries, coat with avocado or olive oil and season with 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook in air 380 degree air fryer for 5 min, then flip and cook until crispy. For the oven, cook at 400 for about 15 minutes then flip and cook for about another 10 min.
