My New Favorite Pancake!!!

These almond flour pancakes are the new family favorite. They are guilt-free and full of all the right carbs, protein, and fiber. Enjoy with fresh fruit or maple syrup or a bit of both.


2 cups of almond flour

1/2 cup of GF, whole wheat, or even regular flour

2 tbsp of arrowroot starch

2 eggs

2 tbsp coconut oil melted

4 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 - 1 cup of almond milk

Combine all of the ingredients, adding the almond milk gradually until the desired consistency is achieved. Cook, serve, and enjoy.
