As we head into the holiday season, we might find that we have more opportunities to have a cocktail. You may have heard that there are health benefits to drinking or that there are risks. How much is too much alcohol? It can be a bit confusing. Here’s a little science, for most people the risks of alcohol consumption outweigh the benefits. There may be health benefits for some at the moderate level, but not for all, see below. Like all things here, we want you to be equipped with the best information so you can make the best decisions for your health.
